We have provided over 100 title companies, attorneys and government agencies with reliable title abstracts in over 30 counties in the state of Ohio. In 1997, Robert A. Franco, the owner of VersaTitle, became licensed with the Ohio State Department of Insurance. In 1999 Franco Research became VersaTitle, a full service title agency. As a policy issuing representative of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, we are able to offer a full line of title insurance products and services.

VersaTitle was founded on the principle of providing exceptional customer service by offering versatile services. We are willing to work with you to get the job done right, and on-time. We offer closings any-time, any-where for borrowers with difficult schedules. We also have the necessary staff, equipment and support to handle nearly any situation from residential refinancing to commercial leasehold estates.
